Antonio Lovecchio will talk on Geographical Indication in China at INTA webinar

In January this year, the Chinese State Intellectual Property Office passed new Regulations on the protection of Geographical Indications, which came into effect on February 1st, 2024. 

This briefing, organized by INTA, will explain the effect of the Regulations and will explore how to protect Geographical Indications in China using the legal and administrative systems.
