Daniel de Prado Escudero @AIPPI World Congress 2023

The 2023 AIPPI World Congress was held in Istanbul on 22 - 25 October. 

Daniel De Prado Escudero, Partner at HFG, attended this top-notch educational programme on current burning topics like UPC, experimental use and technological development.

During the Congress, the final draft of the AIPPI resolutions has been voted by the Executive Committee.

The International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, known as AIPPI (Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle), is the world’s leading non-profit association dedicated to the development and improvement of laws for the protection of intellectual property. 

It is a politically neutral, non-profit organization, based in Switzerland with over 8000 members worldwide from 131 countries. 

The annual AIPPI World Congress is the one moment in the year when members from all around the world come together to discuss hot topics in Intellectual Property.
