HFG hosted the Shanghai IPTalk by CICC IP Working Group

On April 12th, 2024, the CICC Intellectual Property Working Group organized an informal chat with two visiting foreign IP professionals in Shanghai: Daniele Petraz, Partner at GLP Italy, and Jay Suh, Partner at SungAm Suh South Korea. 

They gave some highlights on their respective jurisdictions, recent trends and hot topics, in an informal talk with CICC members.

Daniele Petraz is co-managing partner at GLP. On daily basis Daniele helps Clients with strategic consultancy on IP matters related to the development of new products and on prosecution strategies.

As head of the International Department of the firm, he regularly attends conferences and seminars all over the world. Daniele acts as Director in various companies in Italy and abroad. Daniele is author of various publications related to Intellectual Property and is a lecturer on IP related topics. Daniele is lecturer of Intellectual Property at the University of Udine and member of AIPPI, INTA and AIDB.

He also has vast experiences in all areas of IP, including trademark infringement litigation, patent infringement litigation support work as well as giving tailored IP strategies and services for SMEs and government affiliated institutions.
