The Chinese market is full of opportunities, but also risks: how to navigate in the main operational aspects in order to avoid legal problems.
Increasingly more Italian businesses are imprinted in the Chinese market, on one hand, there is the opportunity to grasp what is on offer, on the other, there is a fear and lack of understanding hindered by a legal system so different from your own and a market that seems to present itself full of risks and difficulties.
