Reduction of Official Fee for the Chinese Trademark
"Notice on Reducing Some Administrative Fees" promulgated by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance, announcing that the trademark fee standard will be further lowered from July 1, 2019.
The fee for the renewal of registered mark shall decrease from RMB 1,000 to RMB500.
The paper filing fee forchange of matters shall be declined to RMB 150, whereas the change of matters applied online shall be free of charge.
Other trademark matters applied online are charged at 90% of the official fee.
