"Practical Consideration: Registering a Trademark Internationally":HFG Panel speaker at NYSBA IP Annual Meeting

Fabio Giacopello, Partner of HFG will be a panel speaker in New York at the NYSBA Intellectual Property Law Section Annual Meeting, 27^th January, 2015. 

On 27th January Fabio will speak as part of a panel discussion for the NYSBA Intellectual Property Law Section Annual Meeting at the New York. Fabio alongside two others will discuss the practical considerations of registering a trademark internationally. The panel will also explore the impact of China’s “first-to-file” trademark system, the hurdles it presents for international companies entering the market, and recent reforms.
