Over 300 participate in this year’s HFG Law & Intellectual Property 5K fun run and 3k walk at INTA 2015

HFG are proud of energising the minds of the world’s top IP experts!

For the second year running, HFG Law and Intellectual property were please to organise and host the 5K fun run and 3K walk at this year’s INTA, San Diego. We had around 350 brave the early start and get out on their invigorating journey along the San Diego Harbour pounding the pavement in what was set to be the biggest turnout yet.

Fabio Gicopello, Partner and 2015 5K participant says “HFG Law & Intellectual Property is very proud of the success of the 5k@INTA this year it was even bigger and better and we are so pleased to see so many INTA participants getting involved in such a fun and energetic activity. We like to do things differently at HFG and have enjoyed hosting such an healthy and fun event that allows participants an opportunity to  continue their own passions for exercise and activity and also mingle and make some new contacts. We look forward to hosting it again in 2016! Thanks to all who got involved!”

One enthusiast said “where do I sign up for it next year!” another “such a great event, so nice to be able to get involved in something healthy and energetic that’s accessible to all” another “I enjoy the opportunity to mingle over refreshments at the end and even while walking what a fantastic event  to enjoy the city in amongst a busy schedule”.

This event is all about the “fun” however for those that do have the competitive edge we’d like to acknowledge Melanie Martin-Jones and Mara Jankovic who were our joint first walkers in the 3K walk, Erik Niemejer first male and Cathleen Lemeure first female in the 5K run.   

The run started at the Hilton Bay Front Park and went up the coastline and back ending with complimentary refreshments and snacks and a chance to mingle.
