New China Food Safety Law [Forum update]

Nicola Aporti attended the China Food Safety forum in Shanghai, on June 30 2015. At the one-day forum several representatives from CFDA, food supervision officers as well as China regulatory staff and multinational food companies attended and spoke. Several hot topics were analyzed in the light of the newly approved food safety law: “whole society” policy, traceability’s best practices, bar coding implementation, to registration procedures for special food. Special focus was given to dairy industry regulations.
