Mr. Daniel De Prado Escudero attended the “Protection of trademarks in China” seminar in Madrid

On October 17, in Madrid Mr. Daniel De Prado Escudero attended the “Protection of trademarks in China” seminar, organized by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the people's Republic of China (SAIC), the Spanish Office of Patents and Marks (OEPM) and the Association for the Defense of the Trademark (ANDEMA). Experts of the Chinese Trademark Office reviewed Chinese IP laws and also provided practical tips and recommendations on registered trademark enforcement in China.
