Fabio Giacopello is a senior partner of HFG Law&Intellectual Property.
He has been widely recognized as one of the most valuable Intellectual Property practitioner in China.
Fabio has substantive experience in trademark portfolio management, trademark disputes and litigations, and enforcement including anti-counterfeiting. Fabio’s practice includes technology transfer, patent and trade secret litigations.

Reinout van Malenstein is Senior Counsel at HFG Law & Intellectual Property in China (Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin), and is based in Shanghai.
Reinout advises companies on trademarks, copyright, patents, and trade secrets in China. Reinout is currently the secretary of MARQUES in China, is the National Vice-Chair of the IPR Working Group of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China.
He regularly publishes articles on IP and speaks at both national and international conferences on IP.
Understanding Intellectual Property Landscape in China
Daniel is Senior Legal Counsel at HFG Law & Intellectual Property in China. With great expertise in intellectual property rights, privacy, data protection and corporate affairs in China, he advises companies on those fields in China.
Daniel is a member of the European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA) and member of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), being also part of the Committee for Anti-Piracy affairs at ASIPI.
Daniel is well positioned to advise clients on intellectual property cases with a European/Chinese dimension. Daniel is fluent in English, Spanish and has a basic understanding of Mandarin.
