HFG’s Nicola Aporti and Valentin de le Court are co-authors of Introduccion al derecho alimentario en China

Nicola Aporti, with the cooperation of Valentin de le Court for the IP section, is co-author of  “Introduccion al derecho alimentario en China”,published in Spanish by Thomson Reuters Aranzadi in Madrid.

The book, which also includes contribution by Paolo Borghi and Pablo Recio Gracia, has been coordinated and edited by Prof. Luis Gonzales Vaque, and provides an overview of China’s mainstream food regulatory, with afocus on Spanish and Latin-American import food products.
