HFG Staff will host seminars in the Netherlands and Belgium

Valentin de le Court, Foreign Legal Counsel at HFG, will be one of the speakers at the forthcoming seminars “Business with China: 8 Golden Rules for your Trademarks and Patents”. The seminars will be held in Eindhoven (NL) on 23^rd April and Leuven (BE) on 24^th April and are organized by V.O. Patents and Trademarks. On 28^th April, Valentin will be in Gosselies to host a seminar on Joint-Ventures in China “Créer une Joint-Venture en Chine: opportunité, nécessité ou fausse bonne idée pour une PME qui souhaite accéder au marché chinois?”, organized by BioWin, the Health competitiveness cluster of Wallonia (Belgium). His talk will tackle the challenges and opportunities of transferring technology to Sino-foreign Joint Ventures.
