Fabio Giacopello made the presentation at the 5th Korea – EU IPR Conference in Seoul.

Today Mr. Fabio Giacopello – Partner at HFG Law& Intellectual property – made the presentation “IP Enforcement in Italy” at the 5^th Korea – EU Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Conference in Seoul, Korea.

Fabio has been widely recognized as one of the most valuable Intellectual Property practitioner in Italy and China. He has substantive experience in trademark portfolio management, trademark disputes and litigations, and enforcement including anti-counterfeiting. Fabio’s practice includes technology transfer, patent and trade secret litigations, and arbitration in relation to disloyal behaviors of employees. He has also achieved brilliant results in commercial and corporate transactions on behalf of international companies.

The Conference is co-hosted by the ECCK, the European Patent Office (EPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), in cooperation with the Korean Patent Court and the French Patent & Trademark Office (INPI), and is supported by Hoffmann Eitle and Myriad IP. Both the public and private sectors specialist will attend the conference and discuss diverse range of topics including Anti-counterfeiting, Standard Essential Patents and Design Protection.
