5 HELPFUL RESOURCES FOR PROTECTING YOUR IP IN CHINA

1. China IPR SME Helpdesk is a very helpful resource and covers a wide range of IP issues. They offer easy fact sheets, infographics and offer a free helpline with access to IP experts - http://www.china-iprhelpdesk.eu

2. China IPR website provides information about their hotlines for IP queries aswell as providing useful information on the laws and cases involving your IP rights in China - http://www.chinaipr.gov.cn/channel/lawstreatyindex.shtml

3. British Chamber of Commerce and the China British Business Council both produce good articles on IP laws in Chin and information on events related to IP.
