Highlights of HFG @INTA 2022

We are very happy – and also very proud – to be among the participants that took part to INTA 2002 in Washington D.C. Yes, for the first time after the starting of the Covid Era, INTA has been gone live again! And yes, we were there!

Despite the severe lockdown in Shanghai and the new outbreak of the virus, HFG has been able to be present in person with 3 colleagues: Crystal Yulan Zhang, Daniel De Prado Escudero and Reinout van Malenstein, sharing their knowledge about China IP system and regulations.

This year 7000 registrants from more than 100 countries gathered together in Washington DC from May 1st to May 6th to join the 144th Annual INTA meeting, the most important annual event in the Intellectual Property world.

During that time, many professionals had the opportunity to share their experience, meet colleagues and competitors, confronting ideas on how to improve the IP protection. New challenging topics have been discussed, such as the counterfeiting in the metaverse, NFT’s and the necessity to protect and enforce digital rights.

Next Annual Meeting live will be in Singapore, May 16-20, 2023.

我们非常高兴，同时也非常自豪能够参加在华盛顿特区举办的2022年INTA。是的，在新冠疫情之后，INTA首次重新上线！是的，我们来了！

尽管上海正因病毒的新一轮爆发而处于严峻的封锁期，HFG的三位同事仍然亲自到场出席：张玉兰Crystal，Daniel De Prado Escudero 和 Reinout van Malenstein分享了他们对中国知识产权制度和法规的了解。

今年5月1日至5月6日，来自100多个国家的7000名注册者齐聚华盛顿特区参加第144届INTA年会，这是知识产权界最重要的年度活动。

在这段时间里，许多专业人士有机会分享他们的经验，与同事和竞争对手相聚，并且就如何改善对知识产权的保护发表见解。会上讨论了全新的挑战性话题，比如元宇宙、NFT中的造假问题以及保护和执行数字权利的必要性。

下一届年会将于2023年5月16日至20日在新加坡举行。
